As I continue to integrate my experiences in Egypt, it has led me ever more deeply into studying the mysteries and how they weave with the world of bio-geometry, energy resonance and the temple sciences of colour, shapes, sounds and their frequencies.
Kdot, that sounds a bit out there, how does this relate to social media?
O let me count the ways!
This past week I noticed something swirl into my social media timeline ~ have you noticed how topics do that ~ Is it the algorithm or our collective consciousness or both?!
I started seeing lots of people sharing about a study of the frequency of authenticity, and how it is more powerful than the frequency, the measurement of the energy, of love. Here’s the study: Measuring the frequency of emotions—validation of the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) in Germany - read it here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5298234/
In a world that often celebrates façades, discovering the most authentic version of ourselves can be a journey of its own. But what if this journey is not just about self-discovery but also about tapping into the highest frequency of human emotion?
Authenticity: The Highest Frequency of Human Emotion
Authenticity ~ we could say is a power source ~ your unique magic ~ your essence ~ your HEKA.
You know when someone is being authentic on social media and with their marketing - you can FEEL it can’t you?
It’s been shown time and time again, through the stats, that we engage with (like, comment, share) content that is more authentic on social media, but then authenticity became such a buzz word, that everyone started to force authenticity (and vulnerability) to generate engagement.
This is not that.
Just like the algorithms themselves, when we are authentic, it’s personal, subjective and unique, which makes everything vibrational and relative to our own energy, experience and path.
We edit ourselves for others, because of what culture, society and our inner critic tells us, rather than be honest with ourselves and others. We spend time, unconscious time and energy, comparing ourselves and doing what we think we *SHOULD* be doing, or what others tell us we should to do, or telling others what THEY should do. There ain’t no place else like social media for an abundance of advice and group think.
If authenticity is one of the most powerful frequencies of human emotion, what could we achieve if we practise more of it?
If we listen to what our body tells us
If we get honest with ourselves
If we turn our phones off for long enough to hear our own souls guidance
Will we get better results? Will we be happier?
Authenticity is so HOT right now, Being vulnerable too, helps us connect, share our know-how. But when it is done just for marketing sake… Then it feels fake. Do we always have to be on the take? It’s time to awake.
A lot of us are tired of the tried and tested marketing tools or social media growth techniques, things that worked pre 2020, that we still see promoted in the marketplace. But remembering that this is still an authentic path for others and their businesses - unfollow or hide and curate your feed so things dissolve out of your algorithm and timeline.
Those who FEEL more and more the false and authentic energies, become more aware with conscious and intentional social media use - and as we move through this change of ages.
Thanks Katie for another thought-provoking post. I am still finding my authentic voice on social media and feeling my way, like so many of us so reading your posts really supports me on that journey.
