Why MBS Festival?
Having been part of the MBS family for the past decade, I love coming back to present my ever-evolving body of work in social media and digital wellbeing, to connect with the festival go-ers alongside the industry movers and shakers it always attracts! There is always so much for everyone here, but having a specific space for spiritual business owners is extra special to me and I look forward to supporting and encouraging business owners in our community with my social media magic!
Why social media?
Social media can be a total minefield for so many! A crux point of entertainment, education, sales, marketing and communication - where we navigate gamification and being the product of a business model that wants all your time and attention.
I was an early adopter of social media. Working in the digital dimension is a key part of my dharma. I began my career in the early 2000’s in the music and broadcast industries, fast forward to setting up and running one of the first boutique social media agencies in London, to going solo as a consultant ten years ago; during that time I’ve had the pleasure of working with a lot of interesting people.
For many years I worked closely with publisher Hay House and head up the social media team for The Common at Glastonbury Festival. In 2020, I trained to become one of the first digital wellbeing coaches in the world, learning about the neuroscience of social media and how it is impacting us mind, body and spirit.
How can this workshop help conscious business owners?
In my Industry Talk on Friday 23rd May at 3.30pm I will be sharing some of the systems and strategies I have developed over the past twenty years, ones I have used with great success to both manage and grow my clients' businesses through social media.
I will take participants on a multi-dimensional guided visualisation journey to the digital dimension where we will visit social media land, to learn from our inner guidance, intuition and vision. Where we will also clear blocks and activate the energy of our businesses in these digital spaces.
Plus I will be sharing insights from key case studies on what kind of content is working on social media, so that you can choose where and what is best for you and your business. This will include a strategic content pyramid, to help guide you, your content and your marketing. I’ll also share ways I’m working with artificial intelligence ethically, that can help to save time and money.
