A question around this - do you think we are so disconnected from each other in real life we are desperately looking for something to bind us to other people?
We find new tribes online, we build ourselves up digitally and for many of us the idea of being someone without social media is inconceivable. Our identities are shifting away from real life to online because everyone is online. The hive mind is already starting to shape many aspects of our lives.
